central location friendly staff efficient contact helpful option
The location was very central, close to transport links. Staff members were friendly and offered good support throughout my stay. The option to book a towel for a small fee was very helpful for me.

helpful staff convenient system easy walk excellent value
I found the staff helpful. They explained everything clearly upon arrival. the code system for room entry is convenient and secure. I thought that was a great idea. i loved the location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. the value was excellent, i felt it could not be beat.
The walls needed a bit of refreshing. They seemed to have seen better days. but this was minor, and didn't really detract from the stay

The hotel features a social area. This provides a space to meet other travelers and relax. there are vending machines. These offer quick access to snacks and drinks. i noticed good lighting throughout the common areas.

our standard double room included a comfortable bed and a clean shower. the toilet facilities were super clean, i must admit. the space was well maintained, we loved the tidy atmosphere.

While there isn't an extensive restaurant. The breakfast had a nice selection of options. i enjoyed the variety, and the coffee was readily available. the breakfast area was kept very clean and organized, which i thought was good.

the hotel is ideally situated near matthew street, which places it at the heart of the city's entertainment. i was a very short walk from concert venues and the train station. this made it easy to get around, i appreciated this.

The location met my needs. It was central.
the noise was pretty bad. i could hear music from the bars below until late. also, the room got very hot, i needed to open the window.

The location is very central, near the train station and shops. There are many pubs and restaurants nearby. The bar offers food and drinks, with a comedy show downstairs!!! Staff members are friendly and helpful. My room was en-suite with a toilet and shower.
